My daughter Sarah does tapestry and did this picture of a Spitfire, intending to get it framed for my grandson but he said that would like Gran to make it into a cushion for him.
I sewed a blue border around the tapestry to make it larger. The back of the cushion cover is in the same blue fabric. As it’s not a standard cushion size, I made a cushion inner as well.
