On the rails

Quorn, South Australia. Late in the day, no-one around, me photographing railway stuff in the opposite direction and these girls happily doddling along the tracks.

Good subject and nice old fashioned effect, especially on the background. I like the girl balancing on the railway track and the iiregular curved shape of the tracks escaping to the horizon.

There's something about railroad tracks that works so well with vintage processing. Nice shot- I like how casual their time together appears. A walk on the tracks and time to share secrets.

i could never understand shorts and sweaters together. but aren't you a lucky lot capturing these two on the tracks! aces!

@summerfield I'll sometimes wear a jumper with shorts in warm weather, I feel the cold far more on my trunk than my legs. And for youngsters goodness knows what the current fashion is.
