Snapdragons

Yeah, I know, it's flowers. But these gorgeous snapdragons were one of the many flower beds at the Springvale Botanic Cemetery.
What a gorgeous display! I love these flowers! We always called them Bunny rabbits - not sure why! Lol!

@momamo Thanks Monique, lots of beds with lots and lots of beautiful flowers out there. Quite different feel from an old-style cemetery.

Ha ha, flowers twice in one year! I love snapdragons, we used to have them in various of our gardens when we lived in the UK.

Lovely colours and pov. I've just put in a load of seedlings. I'd be chuffed if they bloomed as well as these.

@gilbertwood Thanks mate. We were out there to remember Mum's very sudden death (stroke) 30 years ago. Her ashes (and Dad's) are scattered in the Garden of No Distant Place which has beautifully illuminated/painted images and calligraphy entries in huge books in glass cases for the departed scattered there. Four little octagonal buildings in the shape of an ordinary cross, one for each season with seasonal flowers as the outlook. An attendant will come and unlock the glass-topped displays to open the book to the requested page. A very peaceful place to just sit (seats in the little buildings), look at the floral view and contemplate for a while.
