... this white donkey features every year as part of a live exhibit which is a reconstruction of Bethlehem complete with Inn (you can rent a room for the night!), bakery, local's in costume & an assortment of chickens, goats & other creatures

Cute! There's a donkey nearby who often looks a bit dejected though s/he is very well looked after - don't think I ever saw a cheerful donkey, come to think of it.
