50 Years Ago

This cake topper was used 50 years ago for my friend's sister's wedding cake.
Today, the couple had a little party for friends and relatives and this cake topper made it onto the top of a new cake. She wore her wedding viel and he, his wedding shoes.

What a lovely idea. It looks it very good condition for a 50 year old cake topper. Obviously the children didn't get hold of it!
