This is the shot where I truly got wet feet, but as they were already slightly moist I made an executive decision and didn't bother to scurry backwards when a rogue wave hurtled itself up the beach, instead walking away with a tide line just below the knees.

@cndglnn Ack. Colour. ;) But thank you :) @hermann Thanks very much :) @tabarlett Thanks very much - ruined my socks! @northy Me too, and I was kneeling at the time.... @kerosene Thank you kindly :) @kt8ird There will be no redneckery on my watch. @888rachel Thanks very much :) @photographycrazy Thanks very much - I quite literally filled my boots... @bigugly Thank you sir, always appreciated
Funny - I usually wear my gumboots, but think this wave might've been just over the top of my red bands!
A lovely image and worth getting your feet wet for.
@sioux Thanks very much :) @dide Thank you very much - my boots are actually water proof...until the water comes in the top of course... @yaorenliu It was freezing... @cndglnn ;)

@blueberry1222 Thanks very much :) @denisef58 Thank you kindly :) @yeshanghai Thank you kindly ;) @andy3168 Thank you kindly ;) @soboy5 Thank you very much, much appreciated @mothermalarky It did hurtle to get there, this is on the way out again...I took the liberty of some time to recover and curse... @karlow75 I'm all in favour of moistness but this was down right sopping, dripping wet
@yrhenwr It made it through, but only just - I think I should probably by a new one, just to be sure... @annied No, no you don't @mollytrudgeon Thank you very much indeed ;)
