Squash or tiny peppers! They look small enough to be cooked so quickly along with garlic and maybe some potatoes and chicken tenders!

I was happy to find it displayed so nicely at the store. My favorite way to cook these is to dice them up with some onion and lightly sauté them. Loved your color comment Mary
