I am wondering how many of you would still think it looks yummy if you knew it is cottage cheese instead of yogurt? It WAS yummy for me anyway. The background is the chopping board from my parent's house Vikki. Cottage cheese is delicious! I ate two helpings last night after I got back in from Asheville NC. Yum!

I do not like cottage cheese or yogurt so no problem here at all. I thought it was ice cream where I would tend to put fresh fruit.
