Aspirations

As I was mowing the lawn this morning there was a beautiful butterfly flitting around the society garlic. I debated whether I should stop long enough to get a shot and decided against it because I didn't want to prolong my time in the heat! Now I am regretting it. So.......instead you get this vine climbing up the brick for the minmal challenge once again
Well this is a perfect minimal capture. Butterflies are so hard for me to capture, I’m sure I would have kept mowing too.

I can sympathize. I had gone out today in search of farming machinery for one of those current challenges (whatever the f64 one is...) and didn't find any. I was heading home when I saw some butterflies feeding on a plant by the park road and was going to keep driving but... I decided to stop anyway. I'm glad I did. This however, is a nice entry for the minimal challenge. You'll get the butterflies tomorrow.

Composition, textures, pop of color, title... all combined for a great photo!

I like the space around the plant. It's an interesting image because of the lines and the textures and the plant contrasts nicely with the overall sandy tan colors.

My mower doesn't like to start again if I stop, so I just don't.
