Today I used this fancy "spaceship" of a machine to make a wedding garter for my granddaughter who is getting married next month. It will be special because it has lace from three generations of her family. The first lace on the left is from my supply, the middle lace was made by her great, great grandmother, and the lace on the right is from her great grandmother's supply that I now have. The little bit of diagonal white lace is a piece from the maid of honor's dress at my wedding. In the upper right corner you see the finished version.
You really are so talented at both sewing these special pieces but also at blending in your family treasures with them! Your granddaughter is going to love this!
I love all the different generations of lace that you put in there. What a really special gift! And a bonus! We get to see the machine in action… Well sort of in action.
