For the 5+2 challenge of makeup and a great six word story to boot. Again not quite what I envisioned but passable.
‘Putting Lipstick on a Pig’ is a rhetorical term generally used in reference to someone who’s trying to make cosmetic or superficial changes on himself that clearly doesn’t deceive anyone. I have never been one to use a lot of make up for that very reason
That term around here has come to mean putting cosmetic changes on homes that are rotting underneath so you can make a quick sale. Ditto to all the above- you do not need make-up, and you are definitely not a pig!
you definitely need no makeup to show off how pretty you are. you're one of those lucky ones, you know! very nice self portrait and thank you for playing with us. aces!
me either and love how the lipstick is out of focus. During the height of the pandemic it was probably months before I touched my make up bag. I went nowhere and when I did it was in a mask.
