Lots of birds and one chipmunk at the birdfeeder this morning. I so wanted to get a great shot of the cardinals but that didn't happen so you get the rodent instead.
But it's a cute rodent. Carb loading must be fun. I just had a keto chocolate mug dessert split with Tom and it was great!! If you haven't had anything sweet in weeks it tasted decadent.
I had to go chase the squirrel out of the feeder 3 times this morning to give the birds a chance - he wouldn't even consider backing off until I'd get out the backdoor and halfway to the feeder - then wait until I got back in the house - and repeat! I'd let him eat for 15 minutes non-stop - thought that was his fair share. These little rodents tickle me.
He looks like a cute little critter, but look at all that food you are leaving for everyone! No wonder he is there....I had a feeder for my feathered friends and guess what I get....no, not a squirrel but a big fat rat! I ended up tossing it because I am not feeding the rats!
Well, he’s a cute little rodent. And you captured such great detail! I love the leaf and twigs in the background and all the bokeh that is the same color as the seeds and the rodent. Well done.
