Oh My! What a contrast to the previous couple of shots! Doesn't look too random though! I like that one of them is much bigger than the others. I wonder if increased exposure would make the its rim stand out further and make the image more mysterious?
@yrhenwr Hi David...I hAd actually darkened it as I thought the original had too much "glare"....so I just posted the original in my "others" album. I'd really like to hear what you think...thanks.
@bizziebeeme@helenm2016@robz Thanks so much. @bill_fe thanks so much for making the compairson and letting me know which you liked better...on second look, I agree with you.
i didn't notice this before. i find that it is better to accidentally shoot an overexposed photo than an underexposed one. like your sooc, you were able to get the details with post processing. but if it was too dark, you can certainly lighten the shot but you ran the risk of having too much noise. this is especially true if you are shooting and processing in raw. do you shoot in raw, madeline? i don't know if your camera can shoot in raw, but with the gritty subjects you are so fond of shooting, you will find that you can extract more of the details in post. great job on this. aces!
Happy New Year!
