We have a dove couple with a nest on our balcony...this is just before "changing of the guards".

Lucky you! Nicely shot with good focus and shallow DOF. I'd try to get dozens of shots showing different parts of them. Perhaps you did!

@yrhenwr Good to see your comments, David...I truly value them. And as to the doves, I'm not taking too many shots as I worry about disturbing them and the nestlings. If they get skittish, they will abandon the nestlings.
