Haystack Rock

First - a description of Haystack Rock: Wikipedia info: Haystack Rock is a 235-foot (72-meter) sea stack in Cannon Beach, Oregon. It is sometimes claimed locally to be the third-tallest such intertidal structure in the world, but there are no official references to support this...Composed of basalt, Haystack Rock was formed by lava flows emanating from the Blue Mountains and Columbia basin about 15-16 million years ago.
This shot was played around with on PS with my still newbie and very limited skills but it does reflect, more or less, how I did see this.

It is an impressive rock and you have rendered it well to bring it into the limelight. I love the composition with the foreground curve in the sand dune.

Just a suggestion assuming you are wanting them...the halo around the rock is probably d/t either over sharpening or too much clarity or raising the shadows too much
