Insane in a good way - Fav! Love the colors and how much that flowre pops out at me against the blue vase and darker backdrop. The light blue sprinkles, whatever they are, add the perfect finishing touch.

@rockinrobyn Thank you so much Robyn! Those "light blue sprinkles" are actually lichen on an old stump. So... you are... lichen... my blue sprinkles... :) I'm here all week :)

Gorgeous!
July 26th, 2012
So. Wonderful. I need to get shooting film again. Have a roll to develop on my own, but not the balls to actually give developing a try!
July 26th, 2012
@grizzlysghost I'll be sure to tip my waitress, lol. :)
July 26th, 2012
I like your choice of composition! Colour and focus are great!
July 26th, 2012
Wonderful. : )
July 26th, 2012
@paulien Thanks Paulien! :)
@cmc1200 Haha, funny you should mention that Caryn as I have only today picked up everything I need to develop my own B&W! I might just charge around the yard with some B&W loaded blasting everything in sight just so I can play with the developer today! :)

@rockinrobyn :)
@maggiemae Thank you MaggieMae! :)

@lorraineb Thank you so much Lorraine! :)

@grizzlysghost I think part of what's holding me back is that I have to mix a whole gallon, but only have half-gallon storage jugs. Should I just dump the excess? My developing tank holds nowhere near even a half-gallon.
July 26th, 2012
@cmc1200 This batch will be my first attempt at processing my own. Since I only have 1-Qt bottles, I will just try a partial mix and save the unused developer powder. It's all experimentation at this point :)
July 26th, 2012
love this - great colours and focus - superb shot Aaron
July 26th, 2012
@sparkle Thank you Juliette! :)

July 26th, 2012
@filsie65 Thank you Phil! :)
July 26th, 2012
@grizzlysghost Let me know how it works out. I had thought about doing the same thing, but my dad says you won't get the right ratio right. I say you will if you weigh out the powder.
July 26th, 2012
@cmc1200 Your dad is probably right, but I'm hoping B&W is flexible enough to stand the chemical being a little bit off. I just hate the idea of wasting chemicals. What I may actually do is pick up a gallon of distilled water, use that water to mix my chems, and use the jug to put the remainder of my gallon of developer (the Stop and Fix are in their own bottles so that's easy). Well, we will see :)
