Bike Ride.

This afternoon Cathy, Garth & I cycled from Fleetwood to South Shore in Blackpool all along the sea front.
I'm not sure how many miles but I reckon about 25 miles in all so I will be a little stiff tomorrow & callenetics starts again in the morning!!!
It was a lovely sunny day with no wind & not too many holiday makers to run over.
We had a coffee & french fries at MacDonalds so really got in the Blackpool spirit! I took this photo riding along with one hand.

Harry stayed at home creosoting the hen cabin.

@jgpittenger @judithg It was such a lovely day & I took loads of photos...I am rather awash with pictures at the moment but trying to keep up to date! The house smells of creosote!!!

@judithg No it has to be creosote for the fences & cabin but will use Cuprinol in the garden.
