After our fish & chips last night we collected Tui & went to a place I had seen on my bike ride where we could park the car & go on the sea shore.
Tui didn't quite know what to make of it as she doesn't go away from the farm much. She did a bit of barking & pulled on the lead to start with but did enjoy her play on the beach until she was got at by a Jack Russell as she was about to jump in the car.
It was a fantastic evening & I used my camera but wasn't sure what setting so I kept changing around. All the earlier ones came out good & this one only has had the exposure upped a bit but the later ones were hopeless. Have to read up about night shooting!!!!
This is a lovely sunset silhouette of one man and his dog, beautiful reflections in the water. I use my Husbands Canon sometimes, but I still prefer my little Olympus, I think it takes a while to find your way around a different machine.
a beautiful shot Pat, the light and silhouettes are gorgeous........you know what i'm going to say next though ...a tad bit cropped of the blue sky and half the bottom black cropped and hey presto...... the perfect letterbox :)
@snowy@ruthmouch@maggiemae Wow that was a surprise when I came to have a look before bed & you lovely ladies have given me 3 faves, thank you so much!!!
Stunning silhouettes against that gorgeous setting sun! The learning is never ending with a DSL. I've had my camera for five years and still I'm so far behind on the learning curve.
Sometimes I think a better camera would be interesting but for the moment I think I'll stick with me wee pocket one!
