Wishing all my lovely friends on 365 a truly wonderful, warm & happy Christmas with all their hearts desire!

A lovely Christingle service last night.......the church was packed.....lots of carols, Rudolf the Red Nosed Reindeer etc all taking place in the ancient church of St Michaels on Wyre.


Three good things:
1. I have not been near the oven!
2. Lovely presents.
3. Nothing to do this evening but flop by the fire, eat chocolate & watch TV.

What a beautiful scene. All over here now, still Christmas Day evening where you are and I can just see you sitting by the fire, eating chocolate and watching TV ha ha. We just ate the chocolate here last night. TV off because of yet another summer storm and far too hot for the fire.

Sounds like a wonderful Christmas Pat. I love the Christingle services. We were spoilt rotten by my son this year he arranged for us to have an amazing family meal at a hotel in Cheltenham. A great Christmas present.
No coking and so stuffed we need to eat for days!

Looks lovely Pat! The glow sticks are a good idea - the old candles in oranges used to age my mum 10 years every Christmas when she was teaching - she had visions of them setting each other on fire! Sounds like you had a lovely day.
