Such fantastic weather we are having in the UK at the moment......foggy start but when the sun comes out its just lovely.
These two girls were full of the joys of youth, seaside & freedom.
Three good things:
1. Jack rang from the steps of Sheffield Library.....so good he takes time to ring the oldies up!
2. The roof didn't cave in when the painters were painting the chimneys this morning. I could hear them crawling about while I was changing beds!
3. Uncle Joe's Winter Nips for my sore throat.
Love the 'dance' they are doing! Sea not warm obviously! I've had to suggest Adam stick to texting his grandparents (on my side) - it's a nightmare hearing what he's saying otherwise.
A lovely sea-scape with the wheel and pier in the distance . These two young girls are really enjoying the dance in the shallow waves !! It is so good having this Indian Summer I hope it will stay for a few more weeks !
Sparkling sea and happy youngsters! A lovely summery shot and good to see! Vitamin C is so good for stopping a cold coming on. If you can find our tamarillos or kiwifruit, they have plenty!
@judithg jack used FaceTime Judith & it was so clear....no picture as I think that's too much just for talking but much louder than the ordinary phone plus both of us could hear.
@maggiemae Will get some kiwi fruit then...I am not a good fruit eater maggiemae more a veggie eater! I never get a clod so expect it will pass over. Will gargle perhaps later. Thanks!

What a fun shot, well spotted. Hope your sore throat eases soon. Uncle Joe's brings back memories. Mum used to sell Uncle Joe's mint balls in our shop when I was a child.
Great shot Pat so full of life and fun. Our weather is great too although like you very foggy starts which drive me mad as it is so thick I have wander round establishing which fields the sheep are in before I can let the dogs run. Usually I can see!!
It doesn't get better than this. Instant fave.I love the great depth in this photo, with the Ferris wheel in the distance and the kids in the foreground. Perfection.
