I have been dithering about buying some of these cashmere fingerless gloves for a few weeks now but after I saw @sarah19 wearing hers I thought go for it!
I get real numb fingers beacause I suffer from Raynaud's disease which is a real problem even in the the summer. Any alteration in the the temperature even in the shower & I can't feel my fingers.
These gloves keep your wrist warm & today I haven't had one white finger!
Three good things:
1. A clean car
2. Sometimes who you know is very handy!
3. A weekend away.
I have six pairs in different colours pus some wrist warmers, a gorgeous scarf and a couple of loops (I think they are called) I love them all - so soft and very cosy!! Turtle Doves keep sending me special offers - I must resist!!
@pamknowler The colours are so gorgeous aren't they, I really liked the hyacinth ones but plumped for grey to begin with. You must find them efficient if you have so many Pam!
@happypat Great for my dog walking and also having fingers free for my camera buttons. I love all the colours - I really do not need any more - no I don't!! LOL!! So tempting!!
@huvesaker I have been plagued with Raynaud's all my life Boo, they even go dead when I have a shower, the change of temperature, so any help is greatfully received!
Oh I so know the pain of Raynauds! Had it since I was a teen!
This time of year is so difficult too.
Wish I could wear things like those gloves. I have some Jack Wills fingerless gloves and they definitely make a difference.
I have a shorter version great when out early frost mornings with the camera... hmmm just rembered I lent them to Donna when we in the South Island... I haven't got them back.. thanks for reminding me... guess she liked them as well.. Be good in Taupo in May/june
These are so lovely Pat - I do love the pale grey, But best of all is that you haven't had any white fingers today!!
I am enjoying wearing mine too though I don't suffer too badly but much nicer to have cosy fingers......now do you think we need cashmere socks too??? hee hee!!!
@maggiemae I don't think you would wear them when it's really winter cold in the place of proper gloves but it's surprising if your wrists are warm how it travels to the ends! I have worn mine most of the day sometimes with them only round my wrists. It's been quite damp & cold today just numb making finger weather!
@willowdragon I have found them quite an eye opener today Al, I'm sure they did help as only one finger even thought about going numb today then changed its mind!
I did hear from my paramedic daughter in law and partner that if you are anxious and perhaps breathe a lot as so, this can happen - cold fingers etc. They did say that breathing into a paper bag can help! Don't think this is you though!
donation left...but you won't see the name Boo...my real name is on the donation page....but everyone calls me Boo anyway so I suppose that is my other real name :-) I really really hope that little man get treatment in timexxx
@huvesaker You are so kind Boo, I appreciate it massively. Not many would be so generous to a boy in a different country they had never met. Blessing to you! They have reached the half way point already, amazing result! Hope you can follow the outcome now! Thank you from my friends family. She is bringing the little one fir lunch this week one day so I can catch up properly. ❤️😘

I think my fingers would really feel the cold with these, not being encased in such soft warmth! One can see your lovely engagement ring in this shot!
& all recycled wool.
