The English Market

Visiting Cork today in Southern Ireland.

The English Market is situated in the very centre of Cork city & is famous for its variety of local fresh produce especially fish & meat.
A nineteenth century building it has been damaged by fire twice but it's been restored & is now a very popular tourist attraction.

So much tempting food on display but I didn't buy anything, it's difficult when you're on holiday & no access to a fridge.
Looks very colourful and lively. Having a fun trip!😊

This looks very well maintained with the beautiful gates and the brick paving. Sounds like a good place if you were staying in a holiday home in Cork!
