Lydia in Rome

We are out tonight so just a quick post to keep me on track.
This photo was taken after we had climbed up the Spanish Steps & walked up to a park area overlooking the city.
This little walkway was lovely & shaded by the trees hanging over the path.
I have no idea how this came out black & white as I’ve never touched it!

Three good things:
1. I’ve painted the kitchen door today.
2. Out with friends tonight.
3. All the trees are coming into leaf.....just gorgeous weather.
What a super little shady path. Beautiful image.

A mystery about the slight sepia look - Lydia wouldn't be wearing colourless clothes! But it really suits the scene!!

It looks lovely in black and white. Cameras and camera phones have a mind of their own sometimes don't they.

The black & white is great for this scene. A lucky fluke.
