Three good things:
1. Harry & I went to the walk in centre at Whitegate drive to get our ears syringed....what a relief! I feel I hardly need my hearing aids!
2. Had to stop writing as the viewers came back & gave us an offer which we have accepted! So all good & sorted!
3. Relief that we haven’t got to have the open day next Saturday!
Gosh, memories! House moving can be so nail biting at times! Delighted to hear the offer and acceptance has come together. Fingers crossed it all goes through to plan now. How terrifying and wonderful all at once!
Thank you, we are a bit overwhelmed as it’s happened so fast in the last couple of days....they made the offer to us here & not to the estate agents so was a bit scary. Going to get in touch with all the relevant parties but it’s a quick sale so we need to get going! I’m too uptight to do much commenting!
How fantastic to have sold already. I'm not surprised as your house is in such a lovely place and such a homely home.
So now for the move and making the new space into home.....

We have a bit of a hiccup as the place we are buying can’t go ahead yet as unfortunately the old lady died & it’s in probate! We were glad a first as it meant we didn’t have to pay fir it as ours was still up for sale but now it’s becoming a problem...we can’t get on with anything. Think we will have to rent somewhere for about six months.
Great news, so pleased for you both , I hope all will be settled and sold for you without any hiccups. And it will be a great relief to have it finalized !! You can relax a little now .🌹😄🌹
Congratulations, such a hard time selling your home but great when it goes quickly, sort of reinforces your attachment to it! (if you know what I mean!) I do hope probate goes through quickly and you wont be homeless for too long!

thank you all it's exciting but quite scary when we think how much there is to do! @carolmw@onewing @louannwarren Well not much, we might have the odd one we know really well like John who’s in this week, he comes three times a year & has done for years. @maggiemae We made it look rather nice, flowers etc & every light on....I could have bought it myself!
@beryl yes been laid back about keeping tidy today! I re instated the extension lead in two rooms.....not a good look! Ha ha! I can now have a light on my dressing table again!
