A long walk along the Lancaster Canal.

Harry & I thought we had better move ourselves this afternoon.
I was so tempted just to sit & read my book but we made the effort & ended walking over twelve thousand steps.

Three good things:
1. Satisfaction that we earned our supper!
2. The friendliness of people we met on the canal path, pretty much everyone said a few words.
3. Eating blackberries along the way.

And there was me hoping to see your butterfly !! But this is a lovely scenic view of the canal with its wonderful reflections winding its way through the country side ! Fav - thanks for your advise and concern Shall try to see the Physio tomorrow ( there is a new one there now and he did suggest a heel spur as he was there with the previous physio when I had an injection !)Isn't it glorious to have such beautiful Autumnal weather - I do love Autumn !
