Happy face

A complete change of plans today!
I had the day all planned out but a text from the local beauty place where I thought I had an appointment on Wednesday ...turned out it is tomorrow & the hospital appointment I thought was tomorrow was today!
So glad I found out in time!
I am getting to be a liability ......

Three good things:
1. All turned out well in the end & fitted everything in!
2. Got the all clear from the hospital....was a little worried he might stop me flying long haul but got the go ahead.
3. Managed to fit in lunch & a chat over lunch with my cinema friend. She’s off to Australia next week to see her grandchildren too.

I put all my appointments on the calendar on the computer and it buzzes my fitbit with the right time and bounces up on to the screen! I've got no excuse.

@maggiemae great idea...I could do with a system like that! Hoping* to go business class, Lesley always gets chance of an upgrade when she checks in online so she says if I get same offer she will upgrade me too! Do t really mind to be honest, we go so often I’m saving that luxury for later in life! Mustn’t get too used to stuff like that! 😳

I know I shouldn't smile, but I often get days mixed up, especially if I have a lazy day at home (they don't happen too often). I spent all day on Saturday thinking it was Sunday, ha ha. Luckily I didn't have anything planned that day.

Glad your appointments worked out well and you have the all clear for your trip.

Certainly a Happy Face Glad you have had the all clear after the op - so a Happy face from you as well . Senior moments Pat - I rely on my diary a throw back from my teaching days !! I check my diary at the beg of the week then on the day to check times etc -- creature of habit !!! ha !

Glad it all turned out well in the end Pat. Yes I get mixed up often these days too. I also have a phone calendar but I have to remember to put in the right time, otherwise it buzzes after the event!

@lyndamcg Friday Lynda....just a short visit for two & a half weeks. 8 haven’t seen the little boys for eighteen months so thought I would take a chance & fly back with visiting DIL. Ready for a bit of sun on my back!
