This is our neighbours pampas grass.
When I went to NZ for the first time I thought the Toetoe they have there in abundance was the same as Pampas grass but there is a subtle difference in that Toetoe has golden drooping flowers whereas pampas grass has upright pinkish cream flowers.
It’s hard to get rid of I believe but looks lovely in a large garden.
Three good things:
1. Promising news re a vaccine for Corinovirus, praying that it’s successful.
2. Our dedicated scientists & brave volunteers who are working round the clock to discover the next medications for our modern world.
3. I posted the Advent Calendars for the boys!
Lovely to look over the garden hedge and see what others have in their garden ! Lovely Pampas , but I can vouch they do spread and have very deep root system - so difficult to up root ! Autumn is taking over aand the trees are becoming bear - a great time to survey your land and decide what to do with it ! The news re the vccine sounds promising !!
