Connie is having a fantastic holiday...she just loves the sand dunes & you see her jumping around with ears flying as spaniels do.
We are home again now after a lovely two night break. Cathy, Garth & Connie are there until the end of the week.
Three good things:
1. It was like Christmas day going to see the build today....couldn’t wait to round the corner & see how much had been done in the three days we have been away....lots!
2. A brilliant drive home on the M6 motorway last night. The prettiest motorway section ever between Shap & Kendal. The wonderful Howgills looking beautiful in the evening sun. It was very quiet too so we were back in good time.
3. We visited my brother on the way back. He fell off the stepladders & has broken ribs...he was sore but cheerful.
Gorgeous photo- what a happy dog!! So lovely to have the time away, and when the journey is lovely it's all the more special.
And delight at the house progress.
I'm sure your brother was glad to see you.
Great shot - happy as a Larry !! Exciting to come home to see the latest developments on the bungalow ! Sorry to hear of your brother's misfortune - hope he will heal quickly !
What a happy pup! There is very little rape seed (canola) grown in the states, saw quite a bit in Alberta, Canada. Love the fields in the UK and France, thanks for the glimpse.
Beautiful action capture. Lovely scenery and yellow fields. Sorry to hear about your brother. I fell twice from a ladder. The first time I broke my wrist . The second time several years later I broke the same wrist and a rib. The rib was very painful when I had to cough.
@sangwann Their next door neighbour made them a cake, he caught a crumb in his throat & couldn't stop coughing....it was absolute agony which I’m sure you could sympathise with!
And delight at the house progress.
I'm sure your brother was glad to see you.
Glad you had a nice time. Wishing your brother a speedy recovery!
That yellow field is fabulous!!
