A lazy day at home again.
Little Florence was visiting her grandparents again as she tells us she is isolating from school.
Cathy & Garth bought her a water game called Stomp a while ago & she came out in the field to show us how it works. You fill the tank up with water then jump on the pressure tank & the rocket shoots up into the air. Even Jack had a go counting down in Japanese!
Three good things:
1. Trifle in the sun.
2. Harry has done without his pain killers today. They were upsetting his stomach so he’s managed without them ok but still quite weak….a slower job than we thought but there is an underlying other problem which hasn’t helped. Better day today though.
3. Watching the British Open Golf.

So glad that he is coming along. Pain killers do so many crazy things to us. I was right there with him after the back surgery. He is still in my prayers.
What a great storytelling collage. Hope Harry can cope without painkillers now. I have problems taking painkillers, anything stronger than Panadol and I come out in a rash and my fingers swell up. Can't take anything with morphine in it.
We have Stomp Rockets, too..great fun! Never heard of putting water in them though! Could be even more fun on a hot day. That is a perfect field for it, ours often end up in the trees or the neighbors’ pool. Hope Harry gets sorted out soon!
What a great selection of photos, and how cool that you've caught both Jack and Florence up in the air. That game looks like a lot of fun. I feel I'd like a shot!
