I stepped outside for the first time in three days this morning. I have had some sort of bug which has laid me low for the last three days. Not better yet but I have been out today getting a few supplies in.
Going to Newcastle upon Tyne in the morning with Cathy to visit Lydia. It’s been planned for a while so just hope I can keep up!
Would hate to miss it & I am improving everyday but haven’t much energy at the moment.
Weird bug…sick once but mostly so thirsty, headache & slight temperature but no energy.
I will hopefully take some photos over next few days but for now bowing out!

Its a drag being sick and with no energy! I would watch that thirsty symptom if I were you. Those energy drinks one can buy, might help'!
