Our lovely B&Bers!
They went home this morning after three nights here. Really lovely to catch up with them after a couple of years.
They have a son & family who live fairly locally & as they live south west of London it’s a bit of a trip for them.
They have been coming to stay with us at least ten or twelve years, they didn’t mind mucking in with us for breakfast so it was lovely.
Three good things:
1. I stayed up until late last night watching The Masters Golf Championship. Rory Mcllroy really excelled himself by playing amazing golf & came in second.
2. Sorted my prescription out…they made a mistake with the number of tablets so I’ve never been away from the place & got all out of sinc with my medication.
3. I had a sneaky look round the back of a property recently sold ….I think they just took their main possessions & left. So many very large shrubs & trees in pots still there. You would pay so much for that size in a garden centre! Just left behind plus a rabbit hutch & numerous other stuff.
I'm sure your breakfast would be delicious even if it wasn't what you normally have! I totally understand those people who left a lot behind. Sometimes it just in the too hard basket!
