Harry went out for his bowling meal today. We have a new florists in the village which he had to walk past…..he turned right & went in! Amazing!
I was very surprised & of course pleased….first time in 60 years!
The girl gave him a card but there nothing written on it! 🤣🤣🤣
Just had to add that we are thinking of Our family & many friends in New Zealand just now. All our family are safe & of course our fireman grandson William is in the thick of it in Paeroa giving the local firemen a break & a chance to rest up.

A friend of mine is on Norfolk Island at the moment on holiday and the cyclone went right over there too. I haven't' heard from her yet so I hope she is okay.

Oh, Harry, I think you still have a lot to learn, but hey, flowers, that's magnificent. Maybe the card will be written on next year! John is fishing in Chile so you can imagine what I got. But come to think of it ... we've been married almost 32 years ... and I don't think he's ever given me anything for Valentine's Day! I got a text message this year. Men! But we do love them, don't we?! It's not all about Valentine's Day it's about every other day of the year!
