I took this shot from the road at the top looking at a part of the downhill section of road in The Tour of the Moon bike ride. There was another section with more switchbacks. I have to admit the downhill part was a little scary to me. You picked up a lot of speed and the turns were very sharp. The bikes were actually going faster than the speed limit sign for the cars. It is stunning on black - I can't imagine going downhill on a bike - the car scared me enough (but still went back time and again) - those switchbacks (I remember this one and the other) would definitely be frightening on a bike. But you're right about the scenery - and you captured it so well - glad you got to really enjoy it! Fav
