This was taken at my daughter's high school soccer game yesterday! I was in the stands with a parka on, long underwear, turtle neck, sweater, and a blanket wrapped around me. The girls said as long as they were playing, they weren't cold! The game went into overtime and they lost at the last minute when the ball hit the goal post and bounced in. It would have been great to win as this was a super rival team that we always lose to. The good news is today was 65 degrees...crazy! My daughter is in black by the goal.
@gijsje Spring is crazy in Colorado, bep. We get most of our snow in spring but it never lasts long. We can get a foot of snow and it will be gone in 2 days. One day can be 70 deg and a snow storm the next. I am used to my daffodils being crushed by snow. LOL. It keeps us on our toes but we do go a little crazy waiting for consistent nice weather! :)
