This is one of our friends, Mary Jo, in my ladies hiking group. She does the splits on every hike we go on...all I can say is "ouch" when she does this. I used to be able to do the splits...LOL! NOT ANYMORE! We do have a good time on our weekly hikes! Thank you for viewing!
