Snow on Magnolia by harvey

Snow on Magnolia

I ended up spending most of today on the couch as I am still feeling quite sick. I went to work for about an hour to start some measurements running, but then I headed home and put my feet up on the couch, drank a lot of tea and dug into my latest 1000 page epic. Herman Wouk's "The Winds of War" It is a really great book telling the story of WWII from the perspective of one amazing american family. Very Mitchener esque in style, which I really like.

This is the magnolia tree near the cathedral all covered in snow.
wonderful picture Steve, love the b&w (you may be an inspiration for the pictures i took today and have to upload later....)

I prefer a Magnolia with beautiful flowers.
Incidentally, I hope you feel better.

great composition. I like the shape of the tree and the direction of the branches with the figure below it. Hope you're felling better soon.
