Doodle a day #211: It's National Cheesecake Day in the USA. Why don't we have cool days like this in the UK. Cheesecake is absolutely one of the best cakes available. Baked cheesecake, obviously. The unbaked ones are a pale imitation. Close, but just not quite right. Pretenders to the thrown.
