I had some doubts to send this capture. Is it still street photography or something more?

I like it as a street photo.. my understanding is if they are on a public street you can take a shot .. but if they approach you and ask for you to delete you should .. Though it is a no no to take a shot of people that are in a 'bad way'..

I'm sure that picture was sent out to friends and family via the internet so I think you're fine! It's definitely street photography and a public place- so unless they ask you to delete it, it's fair game. Fun Shot! (Judging from how much fun they're having taking their selfie, I think they'd probably like a copy of this too!)
