I am thinking that scheduling my yearly Physical a week before Christmas was not one of my better ideas. Between the extra stresses of the season, the godawful traffic to get anywhere and lo, those yummy treats that keep appearing out of the blue, I may not have been my fit as a fiddle-ist.... I didn't quite hit the mark for a BP recheck though, so all is well! :-)
