My trip to St. Paul's Church continues....sort of. :) I did not actually go inside the other day - so I will admit that I did not take this picture. (It would have been a little tricky considering this was taken in 1964 and those are my parents up there getting married...) But I wanted to show that the inside is just as beautiful as the outside. At least it was in 1964. I don't remember if it is just as stunning now as it was then, but I'd like to think it is...
What a wonderful photo this is! What a keeper for you and your boys! This interior is far more ornate than I might expect, looking at the exterior. ...funny that we're both harkening back to old photos as the new year begins...
@Weezilou I also thought the same thing when I saw your NYE photo. :) I am really a fan of old photos (all photos really if you push me) The glimpses into a different era fascinate me...
How wonderful to have this type of photo of your parent's wedding! It's like a being removed from it yet part of it. The church interior is very colourful and quite ornate. I like that you've taken us from outside to close up then inside this lovely building.
