This is a terrible picture that I took with my phone while in stop and go traffic. Too hot for stop and go traffic - or anything else if you ask me!! Could somebody please tell me what is wrong with 70 degrees this time of year?... I think I need a refresher on what 'Spring' is supposed to feel like. :-)
