I bought the ugliest bag of multicolored fingerling potatoes off the clearance rack at the supermarket today. Luckily, I have a recipe that disregards the attractiveness of said tuber.... Maybe it’s the Irish in me - but there is no such thing as a bad potato!! (Pronounced in Massachusetts as ‘bad bud-ay-duh!!’) 😊🥔
