It has been remarkably gloomy around here lately. Record breaking gloom in fact. Most rainy days in a row since the 19th century or some nonsense like that... It is definitely affecting me. My energy and motivation feel like they are at their own record breaking lows. So today while heading into the supermarket, I saw this lovely sunshiny looking Broom plant right outside the door and knew I had to have it - especially since it was the only one left. It wasn’t on my shopping list - but desperate times call for desperate impulse buys!! 😁
