It has been a funny sort of day. In theory, I should have had lots of opportunity to divert with the camera and it has been bright sunshine most of the time. However, an afternoon spent unproductively on something I should have dealt with weeks ago left me cross and grumpy when I took the camera out for a walk. So for different reasons, my lack of inspiration took me back to that goose, and his eye! Actually it is a different goose but the same attraction, and this time the results are able to stand for themselves.
Wonderful close up Helen! I can relate to your feelings with the camera. It always amazes me how photography is so closely related to my emotions. I find it really cool some days and just annoying some days. Brilliant shot.
