Car park with attitude

Not sure what I am doing here.

I had thought that posting would be swift and easy tonight as I only took two photos today both of the car park cladding at Bedford Bus station.

Somehow I got playing with overlays after seeing what others manage to achieve with layering here on 365, and before I knew where I was, the overlay of some buttercups taken yesterday became a little more vibrant.

Well, although the cladding here was looking splendid today, Bedford does need to introduce a bit more attitude to the town centre. It isn't going to happen in the physical any time soon, so I might as well have fun on the computer!

Great effect...... I know what this building actually looks like, but this is good.

@dizzyd Thanks Helen. The angle and light today meant that all I did on the actual cladding photo was boost the colour a little.

I love the enhanced colors!

Love your overlay processing and color boost in this image, Helen! I haven't tried overlays. I will add it to my list. I have a long list of techniques that I want to try. :-) Fav!

This is so very cool Helen! Haha "Not sure what I am doing here." :) I think your playing around paid off, I really like this overlay.

Your processing has certainly brought this bus station to life! I like it. Keep on playing, I say, when you get results like this.

@janemartin I have to say that I thought of you with all those vertical lines, and took extra care to present them as perfectly as I could!
