I'm posting this now so as to prevent me spending time that I should not be spending on further editing. It is really just a concept at present rather than a finished presentation. I am not on my usual editing program so all is a bit crude.
Inspired by @omabluebird and her Two Spoons in promotion of the ETSOOI-72 challenge here - http://365project.org/omabluebird/365/2016-08-02 - I immediately thought of Four Candles and the Ronnie Barker sketch of yesteryear. I can laugh at that sketch without even seeing it again, but for those who may not know it and would like to indulge in some of the best of British humour - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cz2-ukrd2VQ
Now off to Edinburgh for a few days for a taste of fringe.
Very creative Helen, and I am grateful you included the link to the four candles / fork handles sketch!!! It is so very funny - I've never seen it and need to look for their stuff more...
@romeheather@marshwader Thank you Heather and Madeleine. I photographed two forks then duplicated them on a black background and added the colour using photoshop elements (which is somewhat different to my usual full, but older version of photoshop. I used the smudge function to add the smoke effect at the top. I now have a version with a more defined flame effect at the centre of the fork,
Love that 'Fork Handles sketch'
Enjoy Edinburgh.
