As it has been a beautiful Summer's day today, I will refrain from posting the Autumn leaf pictures I took, and let you see the expanse of blue sky which has been such a delight. I thought I was done with photographing bees this summer, but I was just checking out these flowers when this one came in and photo bombed what I had already rejected as a worthy subject matter. In the end, I had a number of bee captures that were technically better than this one but I rather liked the movement of the wings here.
What a lovely image Helen! I do like the wing movement here and it indeed really marks the beautiful sunny day you've had. I love bees. And I love this bee's little furry body. :)
