I'm posting this to encourage you all to play the tag challenge. All you have to do is close your eyes and pick out two tags and then get as creative as you like to come up with an image . You have the whole of April to do this - so keep it in reserve for one of those days when you just don't know where to turn.
I picked #ocean and #colours. I could hardly be in the UK and be further away from the ocean, so improvisation was called for. I have a collection of pebbles and this morning set about doing some long overdue dusting (the things I get up to when I have a week off!) in the bedroom. This meant dislodging the pebbles and at that point a handy diversion from the housework came into play. Out with the beach towel and some shells that I remembered from my husband's childhood.
This week I am supposed to be working on leading lines, I thought this shell would be perfect, but The lines would appear to be leading to a bit of an anti climax.
I just used the tag challenge as a form of inspiration on Saturday. I think you did well with yours- the colors are definitely a reminder of the ocean. Good job!
This is perfect for your ocean/colors tag challenge; and you've created a beautiful image! I love the lines, which do lead my eye through the frame. Shells can hold such wonderful memories, can't they? Thank you for your explanation of the tag challenge. It sounds so fun...I'll keep it in mind going forward!
