I took a walk on Thursday - setting out in the car for 10 minutes before going on foot. This took me to an unused railway embankment which I walked uneventfully until almost up to the Cardington Air Hangars. Having bagged my shot of me sitting on a branch for use in the week's self-portrait challenge, I headed back along the road, just to vary the route. Mistake. It was much busier than expected, and jumping into the mud verge every 10 steps or so was not the most relaxing of activities. Furthermore, it seems that my knee is on the verge of giving in.
However, on the bright side, I was able to walk along by the fields of sheep with their lambs. Mostly, they would scarper as soon as you stopped and waved a camera in their direction, but I did manage to capture this one before mother and child turned and put a more comfortable distance between us.
