Remembering, at the Bandstand

It is difficult to see when and how I will get back to regular posts here, but it is my intention.

I have just a few minutes - and thought to post this one taken at the bandstand recently, adorned with knitted poppies. We had two minutes of silence in church today, remembering all those who gave their lives in the wars that never ended all wars, but ended so many many young lives.

My boy finally came home from St Thomas's on Friday, after two weeks and is recuperating with us for a while but doing very well.

There is a lot going on in life, as my son got back to rights, my father hecame very unwell and hospitalised, and I haven't had the energy or enthusiasm or time to resume here although I am missing it. @summerfield sorry for not answering sooner. I hope you had a merry Christmas Vikki. I spent mine with 5 men .. husband, two sons, brother and father in law .. and now at Dads for new year.
